Donna at Feel Good Fitness is the most amazing trainer around! Each week she sets up the perfect workout to help me achieve my goal of feeling good and getting stronger. She listens to what I want to accomplish and incorporates it into my sessions. I always look forward to seeing Donna and finding out what new exercise I get to learn. She is very encouraging, inspiring, motivating and never lets you give up on yourself. Donna has changed my life and the way I view exercise–it is fun!
